2/11/19: Two employees of Eastern Awning Systems Inc. were awarded back pay, interest, emotional and exemplary damages in a successful lawsuit alleging their illegal firing. The two employees had filed safety and health complaints with the US Department of Labor’s (DOL) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
