How long does it take to complete the Code of Conduct Module?
The full module takes 15-20 minutes to complete depending upon which videos are used.
Where is the Code of Conduct Module hosted?
The module is hosted on your organization's Learning Management System.
Can you bookmark your place in the Code of Conduct Module and come back to it later?
It depends on the functionality of your LMS, but the SCORM module that we deliver to you does allow for it.
How many topic videos can be included within the Code of Conduct Module?
The base price of the module includes 3-5 topics per year plus a section on reporting.
Which videos and topics are available to use in the module?
Each year, you may choose 3-5 topics from our Code library. (We recommend you refresh topics annually so that the training remains current and fresh.)

How do the quizzes work/how are they scored?
Learners must receive a passing score in order to complete the module; a learner failing to receive a passing score will be exposed to additional content and will then need to retake the quiz.
How many questions do you have to answer correctly to pass?
The default passing score for the module is 80%, but you can set this to any score of your choosing.
How are quiz responses tracked and are the responses saved?
Quiz responses are not tracked and responses are never saved. Although we acknowledge that there can be value in knowing which questions are consistently missed, many of our Members have reported that they do not want to track deficiencies which can become discoverable data. For this reason, completions are binary -- a learner has either completed the training module or not.
Where do the questions come from? Are there multiple questions to be selected from?
We have a pool of questions that you are able to choose from. If you are Compliance Wave Training Member, there are also additional resources for questions available in the Libraries.
What is the process for production of my Code of Conduct Module?
We will provide you with an electronic file that allows you to customize the text, branding and questions in the module, which you will send back to us once completed. We then build the module & convert it to a SCORM package that can be hosted in your LMS.
How long does it take to create my Code of Conduct Module?
Once we receive all topic selections and customizations that you would like, it will take roughly 6-8 weeks to complete production and deliver your finished module.
How much does the module cost?
This will depend upon the number of employees you are training, but note that there are significant discounts available for Compliance Wave Training Members.
What does customization cost?
Standard customization of the Code Module comes at no added cost. This includes your organization's look & feel as well as specific content related to your policies, processes, etc. Additional customizations (such as customizations of videos) are also available for a fee.
What is the cost of translating my Code of Conduct Module?
Standard translations -- including translations of standard customizations -- are included for our Global Premium Members. We're happy to discuss the details of this with you.
What parts of the Code of Conduct Module can I customize?
Customization of branding, text, and assessment questions are all included in the base price. All video components are also customizable at an additional cost.
How often can I swap the topic videos within the Code of Conduct Module?
You can swap the topics covered in the module annually.
