12/3/18: Law firm Hughes Hubbard’s annual 2018 FCPA and Anti-Bribery Alert is not light reading. Included in the 174-page alert are detailed summaries of FCPA resolutions and US FCPA policy developments; anti-bribery updates in other countries; and developments; and in multi-lateral bank anti-bribery enforcement.

Entitled “What’s Your Integrity Agenda?”, the article ‘explores to assess the strength of an organization’s integrity capabilities and operationalize integrity processes’.
