Menu9/25/18: We all hear about corporate culture and compliance starting at the top. Recently Tim Ryan, U.S. chairman of PwC, showed what corporate leadership from the top looks like in practice. In the aftermath of the tragic shooting of PwC employee Botham Jean in his Dallas apartment, Ryan circulated an email to all employees asking them to take a step in building a better workforce and country. How? By imagining the challenges faced by their African American colleagues simply because of the color of their skin. Ryan wants to stimulate conversation – and change – about ethics.
