OFCCP Intends to Clarify Compliance Evaluations

1/27/20: At the end of last year, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) issued proposed rule-making intended, according to an article posted on the National Law Review on January 26, to “provide federal contractors and subcontractors with greater certainty about the procedures that OFCCP follows during compliance evaluations to resolve employment discrimination and other material violations..."
