3/15/16: The recently released 2016 Anti-Bribery and Corruption Report produced by Kroll and the Ethisphere Institute shows the growing compliance risks facing global companies and some opportunities for mitigating those risks. The answers of respondents about their companies are sobering: 54% felt they were inadequately prepared to comply with global corruption risks, 47% believe they lack the resources to support anti-corruption efforts, 48% fail to conduct third-party audits and just over one-third provide third-party training. Worthwhile reading regarding the results can be found in the Executive Summary and the following section on Magnitude of Risk.
