Written by Trevor McFadden, Charles Thomson, Henry Garfield and Geoff Martin of the law firm Baker McKenzie, the article reviews the DOJ’s FCPA Pilot Program and the UK’s SFO guidance on voluntary disclosure including the Sentencing Guidelines of England and Wales. Especially useful is a comparison of the similarities and differences in voluntary disclosure in the two countries.
