5/8/18:  On April 26 Makan Delrahim, Assistant Attorney General for DOJ’s Antitrust Division, delivered remarks at the Second Roundtable on Competition and Deregulation.  His comments focused on the deregulation of antitrust consent decrees and introduction of different approaches to consent decrees.  It’s worth knowing DOJ’s thinking about enforcement of antitrust and anti-competition measures
