11/3/2015: When Ben Morgan, Joint Head of Bribery and Corruption, spoke at the Annual Anti Bribery & Corruption Forum, he didn’t mince words, explaining the priorities, activities and policies of the UK’s Serious Fraud Office. “Our job – the reason the UK has an SFO - is to investigate...and prosecute the top tier of fraud, bribery and corruption.” After enumerating the Office’s recent actions, Morgan got down to brass tacks: how to engage with the SFO “… to resolve a problem with us, if that is the decision you make.” Morgan then points out three questions and actions companies should consider.
