7/15/15: In July, the law firm Gibson Dunn released its 2015 mid-year update on the US’ enforcement of corruption laws through Deferred Prosecution Agreements (DPAs) and Non-Prosecution Agreements (NPAs). As usual, the in-depth update is worth reading from front to finish but one section of particular interest...comes toward the end (pages 16-19) under the heading “International Updates from the United Kingdom and France.” While the use of DPAs and NPAs is common in the US, it faces some questions in other countries.
