"DOJ Changes the Rules for Bribery Enforcement"

It’s a good idea to keep up with DOJ thinking and plans when you operate a business under the DOJ’s jurisdiction, even if the policies are unreleased.    Referencing an article published in the Washington Post (and linked in the blog post), the FCPA Professor offers...this tidbit about the possible new information from DOJ, which is being developed in “…an effort to increase the incentive for companies to be forthcoming about wrongdoing by their officials and give the business community clearer guidance on penalties under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.”  Now, the new information is still pudding, not rock, but the Professor is always worth a read. A “maybe” DOJ policy is worth knowing about, even if it’s not ready for the big screen just yet.
