A New Step Toward Greater Diversity

4/8/19: In 2017, the Diversity Lab created the Mansfield Rule to encourage law firms to expand their diversity efforts by considering minority and women candidates for leadership positions. Two years later, the rule has been expanded to include in-house legal departments.
