New York’s New Law Against Discrimination and Harassment

9/9/19:  Sometimes it is the state, not the federal, government that sets the standard for legislation and enforcement.  A post on the Law and the Workplace website hosted by the law firm Proskauer outlines new legislation in New York that “… includes numerous measures regarding discrimination and harassment in all forms (not just sexual harassment) in the workplace.”
