4/3/18:  In a case that highlights one aspect of today’s wide-ranging national discussion about sexual harassment, the US Justice Department recently announced a finding by a federal district court that the Wyoming Military Department subjected a former employee to sexual harassment and constructively discharged her.  The judgment is the first successful sexual harassment trial verdict obtained in a Title VII case since the launch of the Civil Rights Division’s Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Initiative (SHWI).
